Global Action Methodologies for Empowerment to Change
This website is ‘living’. I want to keep resources accessible on-line for people currently using them. Most things should work for download. But I am in the process of significant streamlining of the website structure and content to take advantage of advances in free AI multi-lingual translation technologies. I am also updating experiences from the global network and re-formatting to facilitate mobile phone viewing. This major update is voluntary alongside my other work but should be complete by end 2026. The Happy Family Review was conducted in Nepal and Kyrgyyzstan by IFAD in the context of the Joint Programme “Rural women Economic Empowerment”.
It builds on earlier Participatory Gender Review Tools that were developed as part of Oxfam Novib’s WEMAN Programme in Uganda and Rwanda.
