Part of the Bridging the Gender Gap in Responsible Finance project funded by Church of Sweden.

  • Happy Family Happy Coffee: Hivos, Tanzania, Kenya and Indonesia

    Happy Family Happy Coffee (2014-2016) methodology presents an integrated curriculum of GALSatScale and the technical Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) in the coffee sector. It was developed with farmer cooperatives supported by Hivos, Ecom Trading, IDH, JED and other private sector coffee companies in Tanzania, Kenya and Indonesia.

  • Business Action Learning for Innovation (BALI), IFAD, Kyrgyzstan

    Business Action Learning for Inclusion (BALI) methodology was developed by Linda Mayoux and piloted 2019-2020 by Asel Kuttubaeva and community champions participating. It was part of Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment Programme (RWEE) in Kyrgyzstan funded by IFAD, FAO, UNWomen and WFP that focuses on strengthening women’s groups and associations.

  • iLEAD, Marriage is No Child’s Play, Oxfam Novib

    MNCP iLEAD Toolkit in English and French for Oxfam Novib’s Marriage: No Child’s Play (MNCP). It is part of More than Brides Alliance 2016 -2020 is led by Save the Children and implemented in five countries (India, Pakistan, Mali, Niger and Malawi).

  • iLEAD MNCP 1: Leadership Vision

    iLEAD Tool 1 visioning exercise is a review activity where individuals develop their visions of a world without child marriage.

  • iLEAD MNCP 2: Leadership Web/Toile

    iLEAD Tool 2 Leadership Web develops a vision of the sort of leader the person will be in the middle of their web. It includes strategies for peer sharing of the empowerment methodology within the web.

    The iLEAD Tool 3 Leadership Action Tree (or Challenge/Action Tree) identifies actions that address leadership challenges – but the aim is action, not getting depressed with all the many challenges.
